DURING YOUR STAY AT ANCHORAGE INN,
We kindly ask that you adhere to the
following policies.
- Room Rates: All rates based on double or single occupancy.
- Smoking: The Inn is non-smoking. There are designated outdoor smoking areas available. If the smell of smoke is detected in your guest room, there will be a $200 cleaning fee added to your credit card.
- Children: We regret that we cannot accommodate children under 10.
- Pets: We regret the Inn is not equipped to accommodate pets.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of your arrival, and you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation falls within the 7-day period before your arrival and the Inn can re-book your room, you will not be charged.
- Group Reservations: Groups of more than 3 rooms are welcome with a 10% non-refundable deposit or if held with a single credit card.
- CHECK-IN TIME: Any time after 3:00 PM. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 8:00 PM so we can accommodate your arrival.
- CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM.
- Parking: Parking is available by the front door on Main Street or on 9th street in the driveway around the corner.
- Property damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to Anchorage Inn property by their acts or omissions, default, accident, or neglect. By booking with us guests agree to indemnify the Inn and to pay the Inn on demand an amount required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss. Normal wear and tear are excluded. Please report any damage.
Special Rates
Anchorage Inn offers special rates for Weaving School and Pacific Northwest School of Art students. We also offer special rates for booking the entire Inn, as well as seasonal rates from November through March.
